Marketing is definitely not what it use to be. Corporations are finally figuring out that TV, radio, and magazine ads just aren’t supplying the volume they need to survive like it used to. The social network marketing craze has exploded heavily in the corporate world, especially since our economic woe’s have even gotten worse. Corporate managers are doing everything they can to save face, and create better relationships with the public, more now than ever. And believe me, they need to.
With so many employees out of work, or down in sales or income, more are turning towards surfing the Internet like crazy, trying to find ways to make extra money, and joining social networking organizations to learn how to increase income using the power of the Internet, or in other words, Web 2.0. And the big dogs are finally figuring it all out, where to go in today’s society to make the money and where to blast their ads. Take for instance, one of the biggest cola companies decided to pull their ads from the 2010 Super Bowl, to put all their ads on the Internet. That was a bold move, or was just brilliant?
If you don’t now how to create a blog, or write an article and have it automatically submitted, or use Twitter or Linked-In, well then, you’re getting left behind. It’s moving so fast, that the big corporations are realizing in order to survive, they must get on board with Web 2.0 and learn social networking fast or else they’re getting ready to loose out in possibly the biggest wave of creating earnings ever to exist.
You know the old saying, the rich get richer by taking a risk and just doing it, and the poor just sit around waiting to see what happens and end up wishing they had done it to begin with. In other words, corporations are realizing that they cannot afford to sit around and miss the boat on social networking and Web 2.0, because if they do, it will be detrimental to their financial well being.
There are sites you can join which will provide you with extensive Web 2.0 training for a cheap monthly fee. You can go to these sites, sign up, and learn everything you need to learn about social networking and Web 2.0 within a relatively short amount of time. They provide video training and step by step directions for anyone interested in learning the ropes themselves. And you’ll see, anyone can make it happen, it doesn’t have to be perfect.
You can also join in with Elance and let professionals bid money to do the job for you. But then you’re back in the same boat again, letting someone else control your outcome and still never learning social network marketing for yourself. There is nothing like writing from your own heart, instead of someone else’s. And, you’ll still need to learn how to “Tweet”. Yes, the social networking marketing craze is exploding in the corporate world. Too bad we can’t just wake up in the morning with web 2.0 perfected in our brains over night, that would be great…
